I have been an Advanced Driver for over 15 years and have had a love of cars ever since I can remember. I had my first driving lesson on my 17th birthday and passed my test a few months later.
Once I passed my test I enrolled in the Pass Plus lessons and at that point was told about Advanced Driving. I didn’t take it up at that point but when I moved to Fife I decided to enrol in Advanced Driving with the Fife Group.
I volunteered to join the committee after the group put a call out for some additional help to keep the group going and I became Chair a couple of years ago.
I’m here to help manage the group and try to find new ways to reach new audiences to promote road safety within Fife.
